In a talk titled Health in a Time of Dis-Ease, Alan Steinbach, MD, PhD, will present how careful eating, interdependence, and a kindly attitude contribute to a good life. Dr. Steinbach is a Clinical Professor Emeritus, UC Berkeley School of Public Health who has practiced medicine in Falmouth and has long been interested in how lifestyle choices can influence health.
The meeting takes place at The Church of the Messiah Parish and Community Center, 16 Church Street in Woods Hole. Light refreshments will be served and those attending may bring a brown bag lunch if they wish. Interested members of the community are welcome to attend.
Please carpool if you can. Parking is available in the lot south of the Church in front of the cemetery. The limited number of spaces directly in front of the Parish Center should be used by those who benefit from having closer access to the building and for short-term parking to make deliveries.
New members are welcomed at any time during the year. Information about membership is available here
