Our featured speaker is Kathy Walrath, Falmouth resident, community advocate, and President of Friends of Nobska Light, Inc.  Recognizing her leadership and advocacy for issues affecting all Falmouth residents, she is also this year’s recipient of Falmouth’s Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award.  

The Club will meet at 11:30 am on Tuesday, November 11, at The Church of the Messiah Parish and Community Center, 16 Church Street in Woods Hole.  Light refreshments will be served, and attendees may bring a brown bag lunch if they wish.  Non-members are welcome to attend as space permits.

Special Note: At the November meeting, we collect jewelry donations to sell at the December Renaissance Fair to raise funds for the club’s charitable donations. Coordinator Aminta Steinbach says: “Now is your chance to let go of any unworn or old jewelry (adult and teen!) Please bring any items you would like to donate.“

Please carpool if you can. Parking is available in the lot south of the Church in front of the cemetery and along the road, unless expressly prohibited. The limited number of spaces in the lot directly in front of the Parish Center should be used by those who benefit from having closer access to the building and for short-term parking to make deliveries.

The Woods Hole Woman’s Club brings members together to provide enrichment and mutual helpfulness for the betterment of Woods Hole and the surrounding communities.
