The introduction of cable TV and social media has changed how news is reported. During her forty years of experience in radio and television reporting, Mindy has observed and responded to those changes. She noted how fortunate the Cape and Islands are to have a wealth of local news sources, both in printed form and through public radio stations. She provided insight into how Woods Hole’s CAI radio station staff work to provide balanced and well-informed reporting and to cover diverse subjects of local interest. The Club’s Hospitality Committee provided refreshments that featured a Spring and St. Patrick’s Day theme. The new rector of the Church of the Messiah, Peter Feltman-Mahan, introduced himself to the group before Mindy took the podium.
