Beginning in 1927, the Woods Hole Woman’s Club has presented scholarships as part of its community service.  Since 1980, 150 graduating seniors from Precinct 1 have received awards.

The number of $1000 scholarships awarded varies depending on the funds available and the number of candidates who qualify. Applications can be obtained from high school guidance counselors early in the applicant’s senior year. The application form is also available here.

The deadline is included with the application. Recipients are announced before May.
